The Vera Institute of Justice holds an annual gala to raise money to support its mission to end the overcriminalization and mass incarceration of people of color, immigrants, and people experiencing poverty.

Impressed by the passion and commitment of the staff we met at Vera, we produced a video in which we asked staff to talk about their dreams — both literally and in regard to the goals they could achieve through their work with the organization.

We wanted donors to not only be inspired to imagine — to dream — about the possibilities of what Vera could achieve, but also to be confident that the staff of Vera was going to do everything they could to make their dreams come true.
