Aggregate worked with the Juvenile Law Center and the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law’s Policy Advocacy Clinic to develop a Debt Free Justice communications strategy to support their policy objective of abolishing fines and fees in the juvenile justice system.

After reviewing their existing communications strategies and undertaking a landscape and media analysis, we developed a two-part strategy that emphasized strengthening the two organizations’ ability to serve as resources to national and grassroots partners and the media and actively engaging new partners that would expand and diversify the Juvenile Law Center’s and the Policy Advocacy Clinic’s reach and accelerate momentum.
